Spec Rifles are built by Bill Myers to his specifications for what he considers to be the best possible combination. These rifles are built with the intention of selling them. They are each tested by Bill, and if they do not shoot, then he does not sell them. Test targets are available for each spec rifle. The rifles are in Luray, Va, and they are available for testing. If you have a gun built it might shoot and it might not, but if you buy a Myers Spec rifle, then you know that it will shoot. Call for more information.
